This premium quality Riesling uses selectively harvested grapes from the BLUE NUN vineyards in the top sites of the Rhine valley, renowned for its fruity and delicate Riesling. Only fully ripened grapes are harvested before vinification by our winemaker, who combines modern technology and traditional skills to produce this deliciously elegant wine. A combination of bright fresh fruits, with hints of white peach and a soft cool finish. Aromas of tropical fruit, particularly pineapple.
