An exciting Double Flame Bourbon Cask Matured release by Hyde! Named after Bandon West Cork where the Hyde family Pub & Forge was founded in 1640 and became famous for selling the very finest Irish whiskey. This special reserve pays homage to the Hyde family and has been slowly matured in handmade, ex-bourbon, first fill, double flame charred casks. Expect stellar cinnamon and clove with succulent sweet caramel flavours with burrery vanilla and charred oak. Complex and spicy on the finish with robust single grain spices and lingering notes of malted barely.
